I have used this exercise bike for a month now and have lost 10 lbs. with exercise and dieting. This bike is very easy to assemble if you follow the directions completely. Although the seat is very uncomfortable I purchased a foam pad cover and it is much better to sit on now. I highly recommend this product for someone with limited exercising capabilities like myself. If used properly it will help you to lose weight. After using this bike for a month I checked all the bolts and nuts and every one is still as tight as when i assembled it. A very good product for the price.

If I could do it over again I would buy a different bike. I've had the bike for about 10 months and I can tell you it's VERY loud when you pedal, the fan does not cool you off, the seat is extremely uncomfortable, the handle bars are very awkward and you have to pedal pretty fast to get a good workout because the only resistance is the small fan. I'm saving my money to buy a different bike and tossing this one.
